By initiating access to or engaging with Cash-X, you explicitly acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, accurately comprehended, and unconditionally accepted the legally binding provisions of this Agreement. Should you disagree with any segment of these provisions, you are strictly required to terminate your use of the App immediately.
Cash-X: The proprietary mobile lending application and digital service ecosystem managed by the Company, specifically designed to extend short-term consumer credit facilities to qualified users within the territory of the Republic of the Philippines.
The Company: Refers directly to G.A. OROBIA LENDING CORP., a duly licensed and authorized financing corporation operating and offering services through the Cash-X platform.
User / Borrower: Any legally capable individual who downloads, installs, sets up an account, or utilizes any facet of the functionalities provided via the App.
We / Us / Our: Collective references to G.A. OROBIA LENDING CORP. and its authorized operational divisions.
The Cash-X platform empowers registered individuals to execute the following operations:
Establish, secure, and update personal digital profiles integrated with multi-level identity authentication protocols.
Submit formal digital loan applications subject to the Company’s proprietary risk evaluation, underwriting models, and approval systems.
Disburse approved loan proceeds to designated accounts and monitor real-time amortization or payment matrices.
Receive automated service notifications, transaction logs, and specialized customer care support, including the formal lodging and resolution of operational complaints or feedback.
To establish a valid account and utilize the loan facilities provided via Cash-X, an applicant must continuously satisfy the following baseline parameters:
Attain at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity to execute valid, binding contractual obligations under Philippine law.
Maintain permanent physical residency within the Republic of the Philippines and present valid, unexpired government-issued identification cards.
Furnish exhaustive, accurate, and verifiably true personal, financial, professional, and contact details during the registration phase.
Demonstrate a steady, sufficient source of regular income or financial capacity to satisfy all debt obligations punctually.
Every individual utilizing the platform agrees to abide by the following operational directives:
Provide exclusively legitimate, accurate, and current data, ensuring no deceptive information is injected into the system.
Strictly adhere to all prevailing national regulations, statutes, and the explicit guidelines set forth in this Agreement.
Fully liquidate any outstanding credit obligations, including principal and associated fees, on or before the explicitly designated maturity date.
Abstain from manipulating, exploiting, or using the application to execute fraudulent schemes, identity theft, or unauthorized digital interference.
Any verified infraction or circumvention of these responsibilities gives the Company the immediate right to restrict access, suspend the active account profile, or seek legal remedies through competent judicial channels.
The accountability for maintaining the correctness and completeness of all submitted data rests entirely upon the applicant. The injection of fraudulent, materially misleading, or obsolete data may trigger immediate rejection of pending loan applications, administrative deactivation of the digital profile, or the initiation of mandatory legal reporting as dictated by prevailing financial statutes.
Borrowers are under a strict contractual obligation to settle their approved loan liabilities in precise alignment with their specific amortization schedule. Non-compliance, late settlements, or default may result in the following actions:
The accrual of contractually stipulated late penalties, administrative charges, and default interests.
Negative updates submitted to centralized credit bureaus, which may systematically damage the user's broader credit score.
The endorsement of the account to authorized third-party collection agencies or the initiation of civil actions permitted under Philippine jurisprudence.
Punctual settlement of liabilities serves to fortify the user's internal credit profiling, paving the way for upgraded loan caps and optimized financial terms in subsequent applications.
The platform must never be leveraged, directly or indirectly, for the following operations:
Engaging in deceptive practices, financial misrepresentation, or masking identity through another person's credentials.
Funneling illicit funds, violating anti-money laundering statutes, or supporting unauthorized financial transactions.
Any form of reverse-engineering, system probing, or operational exploitation outside the intended consumer lending scope of Cash-X.
Any detection of anomalous or restricted activity will culminate in the instigation of an immediate, permanent freeze on the account, alongside a formal disclosure to relevant regulatory bodies and law enforcement.
Users bear sole and exclusive accountability for shielding their authentication credentials, passcodes, and security keys from third-party exposure. You must notify our technical support team immediately if you observe or suspect an unauthorized login or potential security compromise. The Company disclaims all liability for financial leakage or data compromises stemming from user negligence or failure to protect access parameters.
Principal Limits: Loan ceilings are dynamically calculated based on individual risk assessment models and underlying credit scoring variables.
Tenor and Tenure: The exact lifespan and repayment dates of the credit facility will be explicitly itemized in the digital loan contract prior to binding approval.
Interest and Tariffs: All applicable interest percentages, processing fees, and service charges are transparently broken down and displayed on screen before the user confirms loan acceptance.
Settlement Gateways: Payments can be executed seamlessly via accredited banking channels, digital e-wallets, or specified over-the-counter merchant networks.
Cash-X enforces rigorous data safety protocols in strict compliance with the mandate of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Personal data extraction is strictly limited to identity verification, precise credit scoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory tracking.
All digital transmissions are routed exclusively via secure HTTPS encryption pathways (https://api.cashxapp.net) backed by enterprise-grade cryptographic standards.
The Company guarantees that user datasets will never be sold, leased, or distributed to third-party entities for promotional or marketing purposes without explicit user validation, unless compelled by legal warrants.

The structural code, visual layouts, graphics, user interfaces, documentation, and registered trademarks embedded within the Cash-X app remain the exclusive property of the Company. Users are strictly prohibited from duplicating, modifying, decompiling, or distributing any proprietary component without prior, formal written authorization from the management.
While the Company strives to maintain uninterrupted, stable access to the application, we do not guarantee error-free performance. The Company shall not be held liable for system downtimes, transaction delays, or performance drops triggered by:
Acts of God, force majeure situations, or unpredictable environmental disruptions.
Intermittent internet connectivity or regional telecommunication infrastructure failures.
Sudden modifications in financial regulations, executive mandates, or judicial directives.
We reserve the unilateral right to freeze, restrict, or entirely delete a user account without prior administrative notice under the following scenarios: (a) confirmed or heavily suspected breaches of this Agreement; (b) detection of deceptive, fraudulent, or irregular activities; or (c) chronic failure to comply with repayment terms or verification compliance checkpoints.
This Agreement shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in full accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. In the event of an operational dispute or legal conflict, the parties shall first attempt an amicable resolution through formal negotiation. Should such efforts fail, the dispute shall be elevated exclusively to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Manila, Philippines.
The Company retains the executive right to update, modify, or rewrite sections of these Terms at any time. Any changes will be publicized via the App dashboard or official communication channels. Continued interaction with and deployment of Cash-X following the publication of updates serves as explicit confirmation of your compliance and agreement with the newly revised Terms.
